Tad PGS, Inc is Hiring a Systems Engineer Near Washington, DC
- Support SBS ADS-B BSFS Team with programmatic and acquisition requests
- Coordinate with task leads to define scope, collect data
- Support the development of FAA project WBS and program schedule
- Support milestone and business plan goal development and reporting
- Conduct schedule reviews and develop and update required reports to management
- Support the development of JRC documents and briefings
- Establish performance measures for post-implementation assessments
- Conduct benefit-risk assessment and develop risk-adjusted benefits baseline
- At least 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's in an engineering discipline is required. A Master's degree in any field (e.gMS, MA, MBA) counts for three years of additional experience, and a PhD counts for three years additionalexperience
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Project, Power Point, and Word
- Extensive understanding of the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS)
- Familiarity with procurement processes
- Prior acquisition and contract management experience with the FAA
- Proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; as well as, the ability to identify and resolve issues
- Apply analytical techniques in gathering data to solve complex technical problems (e.g., requirements definition, operations research, modeling)
